We love it and eat it with almost everything, but it’s especially good with pizza, hummus, or scrambled eggs; as an arrabbiata-style kick for tomatoes; with roasted vegetables; or paired with potatoes and cheese (like fondue or raclette!).

It also makes a great base for quickly preparing a variety of dipping sauces, a spicy mayonnaise, or even a stir-fry sauce for Asian cooking.
