After you register under the menu item Registration, we will send you your personal QR code. Please keep this safe and do not pass it on to anyone.
How does payment work in Bioflix?

With EC card, credit card or with TWINT. Only cashless payments can be made at our self-check-out counter.
Is video surveillance used in the Bioflix?

We use video cameras at the Bioflix locations to prevent theft and to increase security. The recordings will be deleted again after the statutory retention period. No video data will be processed.
Are you open to other regional producers and suppliers?

Yes, you are welcome to contact us. We also like to test new products and see ourselves as a marketing platform for regional and organically produced food.
